PreventX provides a cloud-based HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance management platform that includes:

Document management and storage
Certification tracking and expiry alerts
Toolbox meeting management
Compliance reporting
Team collaboration tools

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

The PreventX platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PreventX and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

PreventX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
