01 · What we take care of

You do not have time to write documents.

Within the agreed scope, your advisor supports you with documents, toolbox talks, inspections and follow-up. This keeps your HSE file and day-to-day practice better aligned, while your own prevention services retain their statutory role.

Risk assessments and the Global Prevention Plan

Site-specific risk assessments (RIE), the Global Prevention Plan (GPP) and the Annual Action Plan (JAP), aligned with your activities and followed up together.

Safety and health plans, TRAs and method statements

Site-specific support in line with the agreed scope and relevant requirements.

Toolbox talks, LMRA and work permits

Toolbox talks, LMRA and work permits are prepared and followed up where they fall within the scope.

Subcontractors and certificate management

VCA and certificates are monitored based on the recorded expiry dates, so you can take action in time.

02 · How we work

A dedicated team. One point of contact.

No rotating secondment pool and no changing faces. A dedicated, certified prevention advisor who knows your site, your risks and your people, and is available every week.

01

A familiar face, no intermediaries

Your advisor knows your file from start to finish. You call the person who understands your site, not a different contact every time.

02

Your HSE file and workplace, kept in sync

Inspections, documents and actions come together in the PreventX portal. Your team sees what has been completed, what remains open and who will take the next step.

03

Certified, levels I and II

Prevention advisors with experience in construction, industry and more demanding sectors, including SEVESO and GMP.

04

Worksite reality, not a report-and-leave approach

Our advisors work both on your site and in your HSE file. What is on paper matches what happens in practice.

05 · Frequently asked questions

What you can expect.

Q-01What does a Managed HSE advisor do in practice?
That depends on the agreed scope. Possible tasks include inspections, risk analyses, toolbox talks, audit preparation, site follow-up, documentation and action management. Before starting, we define the locations, frequency, responsibilities, deliverables and reporting.
Q-02How is the scope determined?
During an intake, we map your locations, activities, risks and desired on-site presence. You then receive a proposal setting out the agreed tasks, schedule and price.
Q-03How much does Managed HSE cost?
Managed HSE is priced on request. The price depends, among other things, on the locations, sector, desired on-site presence and agreed responsibilities.
Q-04Do you also come to the site?
Yes. Managed HSE can combine support on site with preparation, documentation and follow-up remotely. We define the specific frequency and activities in the proposal.
